Theresa Miley began her State Farm agency in 1994 in Sumter, SC. For more than three decades, she has proudly served customers across South Carolina. Today, Theresa operates two State Farm office locations in Irmo and Columbia, providing convenient opportunities for customers throughout the Midlands to connect with her team.

Theresa and her experienced team are ready to assist with Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, and a variety of other State Farm products based on your individual needs. Whether you're purchasing a vehicle, settling into a new home, or reviewing existing coverage, the agency welcomes the opportunity to help.

Throughout her State Farm career, Theresa has earned recognition as an Ambassador Travel Qualifier and SVP Qualifier. Beyond insurance, she's also a strong supporter of local education through the Good NeighBear program, which she helped launch to recognize teachers and show appreciation for their contributions to the community.

The program includes nine elementary schools throughout the Irmo and Columbia areas: Irmo, Oak Pointe, H.E. Corley, River Springs, Round Top, Leaphart, Harbison, Nursery Road, and Ballentine Elementary Schools. As October continues, Theresa and her team are grateful for the educators, administrators, and school staff who dedicate their time to local students.

Community involvement is an important part of the agency's identity. Team members regularly participate in local events, organizations, and churches. Theresa is an active member and long-time sponsor of the Blythewood Chamber of Commerce, has served on the Board of the Boys & Girls Club of the Midlands, and remains a dedicated supporter of the University of South Carolina, her alma mater.
