"I like State Farm but the service I was provided by this agent was totally unacceptable. They were give 3 weeks to respond to a couple requests and verbally agreed that was plenty of time. They were sent a reminder email after the few weeks and did not respond until I sent a request to change agents. Every time I’ve called with regard to an issue, the issue has either been stated as a result of the main office or myself. No ownership from their office. They have a good rating but unfortunately that was not my experience"
